Vegetable potpourri in parmesan basket

Parmesan Basket dish

Parmesan basket (grated parmesan in small round frying pan, put in small bowl to shape when hot), chopped poatoes with onions, garlic, salvia and canned tunafish. Next layer is fennel and mushrooms with lemon-oliveoil and white wine (prepared in frying pan, fry only briefly). Taaaaasty!
