when your friends need the apartment in Bern? Mine will be available since 15 of March 2010. I'm leaving the country and if the need I can sell them my furniture and leave the flat completely furnished. Of course the rent agency have to accept them. The contract has to be for minimum 1year. The flat is in Seftigenstrasse, close to Denner, Migros, Coop and Agip open 7 days/week. It is 15 min walking to the city center and the tram n.3 stop right outside the flat. Let me know if they are interesting.
