This extremely rare (10kg per year) white tea is composed solely of the most precious buds. Its limpid cup is particularly frank: an initial note of wild orchids is followed by intensely fresh flavors similar to mandarin orange; this floral combination fills the palate to produce a most original impression of gentle yet sparkling contrasts.

Discovery
Some time ago Regula Linck told my how she likes to drink tea at the Längasstee Shop. I buy tea there but I had no Idea that you can also drink tea there. So last Thursday I decided to go there and find out.
There is a spiral stair leading to the second floor, I have seen it before but never asked where it leads.
On the second floor is this lovely tea room where you can drink every tea they sell in the shop downstairs. You can also try different tea ceremonies. But best of all they serve english tea and scones! How come I only fond out about this now, after living in the Längasse for almost 6 years?
This is a very relaxed place, perfect for a rainy afternoon, a good book, good tea and some scones - I know this happens not to often ;-)
