Yesterday my 28mm APS-C lens for my ricoh gxr finally arrived! I love my gxr A12 50mm but I have to admit I really missed the wide-angle. It just fits my photographic mood. And since I never ever ( I know one should not say never ) want a zoom again I had to wait and hope almost a year for ricoh to bring out this fixed focus 28mm APS-C lens. Endless hours spent surfing the internet, google translating japanese websites and hanging around in forums. Now it's here and makes me so happy.

Leica D-Lux 3 vs Ricoh GR
After a lovely meal and lots of nice presents (more of this tomorrow ) I left shane at my parents place and headed towards the Dachstock. In my pocket a brand new camera, the Ricoh GR digital, I fell in love with this camera some time ago and got it as present for christmas :-))
I love my canon power shot pro deeply but I just can't take her in my pocket and my P990 is just not good enough. First I thought I buy a new phone with 5 million pixels but then I stumbled across the Ricoh GR didital (I alway wanted a ricoh).
